The 1st step MUST be to click the apps: scheme BEFORE downloading the content. You need to verify that the AMS prompts you to get the content and that you are sent to the Vending Machine. Please take a PPP trace of this request and verify that the Content-ID is sent along with the request.
For these tests the Content-ID is NOT in the Vending Machine so you will not be pointed directly to the missing content.
